About the Role: Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) Specialist
This position offers a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic medical information team. As a MICC Specialist, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients regarding our products and services. Your role is crucial in ensuring accurate and timely communication, contributing to positive patient outcomes and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing inbound inquiries via phone, email, fax, and mail, ensuring all communications are promptly addressed and documented.
- Accurately recording all interactions and relevant information within our secure AWS-based tracking system.
- Maintaining detailed records of all inquiries and responses, adhering to strict data privacy and compliance regulations.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and ensure consistent messaging.
- Contributing to the ongoing improvement of the MICC processes and procedures.
- Proactively identifying and reporting trends or issues related to product inquiries or adverse events.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or Pharm.D.
- Experience: 0-1 year of experience in a customer service or related role is preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Language Skills: Fluency in French is mandatory. Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) are also essential.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with data entry systems and CRM software is a plus. Experience with AWS or similar cloud-based platforms is beneficial but not required.
- Personal Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, ability to manage time effectively, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Compensation and Benefits:

Shift Timings and Location:
This position is a night shift role (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM). The position is based in Hyderabad, India.
