Key Responsibilities
As a Medical Annotator, your responsibilities will include:
- Annotate clinical data from Electronic Health Records (EHRs), EMRs, medical records, and claims datasets.
- Use standardized medical terminologies including:

- Ensure high-quality structured clinical data annotation following defined SOPs and annotation guidelines.
- Perform clinical concept mapping and healthcare data validation.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and cross-functional healthcare teams.
- Resolve annotation quality and data consistency issues.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare data privacy standards.
- Participate in ongoing learning and training related to clinical terminology and medical annotation.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should possess:
