Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Good knowledge of Technology Transfer procedures.
- Preparation of MFR (Master Formula Record) and BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record).
- Support scale-up, pre-exhibit, exhibit batches and R&D scientist activities.
- Handle granulation, compression and coating manufacturing operations.
- Participate in validation activities.
- Execute PRD, pilot batches and exhibit batches.
- Provide technical inputs for improvement of commercial products and market complaints.
- Support tooling design and new machinery implementation to improve productivity and product quality.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree.
- 2โ6 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Experience in technology transfer and process optimization.
- Strong documentation and validation skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
