Job Description: Senior Analyst/Specialist – Chemistry Product Marketing Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary interface with Manufacturing, Purchasing, QA, and Tech Service teams.
- Support Product Life Cycle Management (PLCM) & New Product Introduction (NPI) through SAP & Web Data Maintenance.
- Review NPDI completeness, Master Data accuracy, and Corpbase data compilation.
- Maintain product documentation (Technical Bulletins, COA, Product Listings).
- Generate Sales Reports (Business Warehouse, SAP), track inventory, and manage backorders.
- Ensure SLA & TAT compliance for operational efficiency.
- Assist in ISO compliance, process improvements, and team training.
- Utilize Power BI, Tableau, Python, and Palantir for data analytics and reporting.
- Work in 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST (to align with NA & European teams).
Who You Are:
- Education: Postgraduate in Life Sciences (Chemistry/Biochemistry).
- Experience: 3-7 years in a Scientific/Pharma/Healthcare Industry.
- Technical Skills:
- SAP (PRD, PRE, PRP, MDGM, ME1M, MM03, MD04, ME23N, MB52, SE16)
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, Palantir
- Corpbase, Trackwise, Mango, BI Report Extraction
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
