Job Summary:
As a Technical Study Coordinator I, you will play a critical role in supporting the Study Coordination team and Study Directors in various scientific and administrative tasks. Your primary responsibility will be to provide general assistance to the study coordination team, including data management, document preparation, and coordination with internal stakeholders. In addition, you may also be required to provide support to key clients and other functions within Safety Assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general assistance to the Study Coordination team and Study Directors in scientific and administrative tasks
- Assist in data management, including data entry, data cleaning, and data reporting
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including study directors, project managers, and other departments
- Provide support to key clients and other functions within Safety Assessment
- Perform other duties as assigned by the study coordination team and study directors
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., life sciences, chemistry, biology)
- 0-2 years of experience in a related field (e.g., clinical research, laboratory testing, scientific writing)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with electronic data capture systems (EDCs) and clinical trial management systems (CTMS)
