Key Responsibilities of Clinical Project Associate
The Clinical Project Associate will play a critical role in project management and operational support. Below are the essential duties involved:
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and departmental Work Instructions (WIs).
- Ensure all trainings are completed within stipulated timelines.
- Manage day-to-day tasks, focusing on quality control and productivity.
- Maintain and manage technical and project documentation accurately.
- Provide administrative and technical support to cross-functional departments as required.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure work standards are met.
- Escalate issues in a timely manner and assist with issue resolution.
- Track and report key metrics as outlined by the management.
- Participate in process improvements and help with the implementation of new procedures.
- Mentor team members, ensuring they acquire necessary competencies for independent task handling.
- Keep training files up to date and ensure audit readiness at all times.
- Monitor the training compliance of the team on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions within departments to enhance learning and collaboration.
- Assess workload and assign project priorities to meet deadlines.
- Perform peer quality reviews and identify process gaps to enhance quality compliance.
- Develop training agendas and materials; deliver training programs to the team.
- Update and submit version-controlled SOPs and WIs to the Global QA SOP team on time.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Candidates with relevant educational backgrounds in healthcare, life sciences, or project management will be preferred.
- Experience in project administration or lab operations is advantageous.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams.
- Analytical mindset to identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
- Experience in training and mentoring is a plus.
