- MBBS, BDS, Homeopathy, Ayurveda, or BSc Nursing
- Masters in Hospital Administration (MHA)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical and non-clinical audits to maintain high standards of care
- Organize and lead mock drills to prepare for emergency scenarios
- Deliver quality compliance training to staff
- Collaborate with the Head of Quality to implement effective processes
- Manage quality documentation and ensure compliance
