Key Responsibilities
As a Product Lifecycle Trainee, you will:
- Support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) activities across business units.
- Maintain product specifications, recipes, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Ensure product master data accuracy and integrity within SAP S/4HANA and PLM systems.
- Validate lifecycle data according to governance standards.
- Participate in audits and maintain compliance with company policies.
- Maintain SOPs, work instructions, and data governance documentation.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements.
- Resolve product master data and process-related issues.
- Analyze data quality and process efficiency to recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, R&D, Marketing, Distribution, Product Safety, Digital Lifecycle, and Quality teams.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
- Experience working with SAP-based systems.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, PLM, and Master Data Governance (MDG).
- Understanding of product lifecycle processes, SKU management, recipes, and BOMs.
- Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of Data Governance principles.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- English proficiency (B2/C1 level).
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, SAP scripting, WinShuttle, or Macros is an added advantage.
- Experience with Lean or Continuous Improvement methodologies is preferred.
