Job Responsibilities

As an Executive โ€“ Pharmacovigilance, you will:

  • Perform case processing and data entry activities in the Argus Safety Database within defined timelines.
  • Download, triage, upload, and book-in regulatory and EMA MLM ICSR reports.
  • Manage literature screening, case triaging, and archiving efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate MedDRA coding for all reported adverse reactions.
  • Follow all pharmacovigilance SOPs, procedures, and guidelines strictly.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on safety data requirements.
  • Stay updated with global pharmacovigilance legislation and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
  • Support aggregate reporting and signal management in alignment with company and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related disciplines.
  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety, preferably with experience in Argus Safety.
  • Familiarity with MedDRA coding, ICSR case processing, and regulatory reporting workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail, quality focus, and understanding of GVP guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
