Key Responsibilities
As part of the Clinical Data Sciences team, you will:
- Provide global EDC user support to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Act as an escalation point for technical and EDC-related issues
- Perform service desk ticket triage, assessment, and resolution
- Identify root causes of system issues and communicate solutions
- Support study start-up and close-out activities in EDC systems
- Manage user accounts, site access, and system configurations
- Conduct EDC validation activities and browser compatibility checks
- Develop training materials and user documentation
- Suggest improvements for user experience, system security, and service delivery
- Ensure timely and high-quality technical support services
Required Qualifications
To qualify for this EDC user support job, candidates should have:
- Bachelorโs degree in a technical or life sciences field
