Key Responsibilities

  • Point of Contact: Serve as the liaison among executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
  • Information Management: Ensure timely and accurate flow of information.
  • Calendar Management: Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel and accommodation logistics.
  • Expense Tracking: Monitor daily expenses and prepare reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
  • Clerical Oversight: Supervise the performance of clerical staff.
  • Office Management: Maintain office supply inventory and act as the office manager.
  • Communication Formatting: Prepare and format internal and external communications (memos, emails, presentations, reports).
  • Minutes Taking: Record minutes during meetings.
  • Call Screening: Screen and direct phone calls and manage correspondence.
  • Filing System: Organize and maintain the office filing system.
