📌 Job Description
Credence Resource Management is hiring AR Callers / Prior Authorization Specialists for US Healthcare RCM (Revenue Cycle Management). If you have experience in denial management, AR follow-ups, and prior authorization, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handle AR Calling & Prior Authorization for US healthcare providers
✔ Work on denial management and claim follow-ups
✔ Ensure compliance with HIPAA & RCM guidelines
✔ Communicate with insurance companies for claim approvals
✔ Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Requirements:
✅ 0-1 year experience in AR Calling / Prior Authorization (US Healthcare RCM)
✅ Knowledge of denial management, AR follow-ups, and RCM processes
✅ Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
✅ Strong communication & analytical skills
✅ Willingness to work in US shift timings
