Job Description
The Lab Cent Project Coordinator 1 will manage assigned monitoring responsibilities, including simple protocols and non-protocol tasks, in a timely and quality-focused manner. The role involves centralized monitoring activities, coordination with related teams, database updates, and documentation support for assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform centralized monitoring activities for assigned projects under minimal supervision.
- Complete assigned role-specific trainings on time, including self-learning courses, instructor-led training, acknowledgement of e-SOP/WI, and related assessments.
- Load and update active databases with details of participating sites.
- Provision access for Infosario Portal.
- Ensure on-time completion of documentation that forms part of the regulatory dossier for kit shipment, including Kit Contents Chart (KCC), Packing List, and Import Permit.
- Monitor on-time release of patient laboratory reports by following up on associated pending activities with related teams.
- Ensure documentation is available for all monitoring activities performed for real-time audit readiness.
- Participate in department and process improvement initiatives as applicable.
Qualification
- M.Sc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Clinical Research or related life science disciplines
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 0 to 1 year of experience.
- Basic job knowledge of systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.
- Ability to comply with all applicable standards as required by the company.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including good command of the English language.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment is highly desirable.
