The opportunities are suitable for candidates with relevant education and hands-on experience in pharmaceutical API plant operations, documentation, compliance, maintenance and environmental health and safety functions.
The walk-in drive includes openings across Production, PPA (API), PPA / Production, Engineering and EHS departments. Candidates should carry an updated resume, copies of all documents along with originals, current CTC details and two passport size photographs as mentioned in the hiring notice.
1. Production – Technician / Chemist / Officer
Job Overview
This role is for candidates experienced in production operations within a pharmaceutical API plant. The selected candidates will be involved in shift operations, batch charging, equipment handling and documentation while maintaining safety and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Handle shift operations, charging batches and related production documentation.
- Ensure safety and compliance during production activities.
- Operate reactors, centrifuges, ANFDs and RCVDs.
- Monitor batch production activities and ensure adherence to SOP and BPCR requirements.
- Check equipment, materials, utilities and documentation as per process needs.
Qualifications
- 12th / ITI / Diploma / UG / PG in relevant field.
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
2. PPA (API) – Technician / Chemist / Officer
Job Overview
The PPA (API) role is focused on powder processing activities and operational documentation in line with SOPs and BPCR requirements. Candidates should have relevant exposure to API plant operations and powder processing equipment.
Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor and maintain powder processing equipment.
- Perform activities including filtration, drying, weighing and packing.
- Ensure documentation is completed as per SOPs and BPCR.
Qualifications
- UG / PG in relevant field.
Experience Required
- 2 – 4 years of relevant experience.
3. PPA / Production – Chemist / Officer
Job Overview
This role is suitable for candidates with experience in production documentation, quality systems, training coordination and shop-floor compliance activities in an API manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage BPCR, SOPs, QMS, documentation, labels, WIP status and compliance records using EDMS / SCM systems.
- Coordinate LMS training, audits, manpower tracking, quality risk assessments and operator training.
- Maintain production-related documentation.
- Handle QMS tasks including deviations, change controls, CAPA and documentation updates in Trackwise.
Qualifications
- UG / PG in relevant field.
Experience Required
- 2 – 4 years of relevant experience.
4. Engineering – Technician / Trainee
Job Overview
The Engineering role involves plant maintenance, equipment repair, preventive maintenance and upkeep of essential engineering systems as per SOP requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine plant maintenance and equipment repair.
- Carry out preventive maintenance activities as per SOP.
- Maintain PM logs, safety procedures, cooling tower pipelines and daily maintenance plans.
- Support other engineering tasks as required.
Qualifications
- 12th / ITI / Diploma in relevant field.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
5. EHS – Executive / Sr. Executive
Job Overview
The EHS role is for candidates with experience in environmental compliance, statutory records, ISO standards and pollution control operations in a regulated industrial or pharmaceutical environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure environmental compliance with MPCB, CPCB and CGWA requirements.
- Maintain records and implement ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
- Monitor ETP, RO and MEE operations.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to reduce effluent load.
- Prepare environmental reports and handle statutory communications.
Qualifications
- BE / B.Tech.
Experience Required
- 6 – 8 years of relevant experience.
