Job Description: Research Associate – Formulation Development (Cosmetics)
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Formulation Development – Design and develop cosmetic products like:
- Sunscreen lotions & creams
- Face wash, moisturizers, shampoos, conditioners
- Other skincare & haircare formulations
✔ Product Development Planning – Create and execute development strategies
✔ Study Protocol Preparation – Draft protocols for stability and efficacy testing
✔ Technology Transfer – Manage scale-up and tech transfer to production
✔ Regulatory Compliance – Ensure formulations meet industry standards
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Pharma (Cosmetics/Pharmaceutics preferred)
- Experience: 3-6 years in cosmetic formulation development
- Skills: Strong knowledge of emulsions, surfactants, rheology, and stability testing
