Job Description: Patient Care Advisor (Oncology)
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Patient Engagement & Counseling:
- Provide end-to-end patient support for oncology therapy.
- Counsel patients to improve health outcomes based on predefined touchpoints.
- Ensure adherence to treatment plans and track patient compliance.
✔ Adverse Event Reporting:
- Report adverse drug reactions and market complaints as per SOP.
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM tools.
✔ Stakeholder Coordination:
- Collaborate with physicians, internal teams, and clients.
- Handle patient queries using predefined FAQs.
✔ Operational Excellence:
- Ensure timely data reporting and adherence to SLAs.
- Participate in training sessions and review meetings.
- Travel as required for patient support and stakeholder meetings.
Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Education: B.Pharm, BSc (Life Sciences), or related field.
✅ Experience: 1-8 years in patient counseling, preferably in oncology.
✅ Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
✅ Soft Skills:
- Strong communication (English & regional language).
- Problem-solving & empathy.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
