Job Responsibilities
As a Patient Care Executive at Indegene, your responsibilities will include:
Patient Care and Engagement
- Managing end-to-end patient engagement for specific therapy areas.
- Counseling patients to improve health outcomes based on predefined touchpoints.
- Tracking and ensuring patient adherence to therapy plans.
- Providing empathetic support to patients and resolving queries using FAQs.
Operational Tasks
- Reporting adverse drug reactions or market complaints as per SOPs.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to support patient needs.
- Ensuring accurate patient data entry in CRM tools.
- Capturing adverse drug reaction details in predefined templates within set timelines.
- Reviewing and obtaining approvals for financial deviations.
Team Collaboration and Reporting
- Building good rapport with physicians.
- Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and review calls.
- Reporting accurate data to managers within defined timelines.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders for seamless operations.
Additional Duties
- Handling email and call-based queries.
- Adhering to SLAs and ensuring timely task execution.
- Executing small-to-medium project tasks and participating in organizational practices.
Qualifications
- Education: B. Pharma, M. Pharma, B.Sc., or any life science graduate.
- Experience: 6 months to 10 years in patient counseling or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office.
Skills Required
- Strong communication skills (oral and written in English and regional languages).
- Problem-solving abilities and understanding of counseling techniques.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry.
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to ad hoc requirements.
- Self-starter with team collaboration skills.
