Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support through email and case management systems
- Handling customer queries related to animal health products
- Investigating adverse events (AEs), lack of efficacy (LOE), and product complaints (PCs)
- Maintaining accurate pharmacovigilance documentation and reporting
- Performing causality assessment and coding activities
- Supporting social media monitoring activities
- Reviewing technical and promotional materials
- Preparing SOPs, FAQs, templates, and technical resources
- Assisting in onboarding and technical training activities
Required Qualifications
Educational Qualification
Candidates with the following qualifications can apply:
- Veterinary Nursing qualification
- Animal Science degree

Skills Required
