Contracts Management Coordinator Job Responsibilities
As a Contracts Management Coordinator at ICON, you will be responsible for supporting the Client Contract Services (CCS) team and ensuring the efficient processing of contractual documentation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist Contract Analysts and Associates with the preparation of contracts and change orders.
- Support the preparation of costing grids and project analysis when required.
- Coordinate with project teams to collect information required for contract processing.
- Help ensure efficient triage and processing of contracts and change orders.
- Prepare weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, ad-hoc reports, and special project reports.
- Obtain authorised signatures for contractual documents in a timely manner.
- Scan, upload, post, and communicate fully executed contractual documents.
- Track partially executed documents and follow up until complete execution.
- Maintain Client Contract Services and Master Services Agreement databases.
- Support the development and improvement of departmental tracking tools and systems.
- Work with internal counterparts to ensure process standardisation and consistency.
- Coordinate sponsor communication related to partially and fully executed contractual documents.
Qualifications Required
