Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing healthcare online sampling projects from initiation to completion.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end healthcare online sampling projects for pharmaceutical and healthcare research studies.
• Coordinate with clients, healthcare panels, publishers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Review project feasibility, quotas, timelines, incidence rates (IR), cost per interview (CPI), and survey specifications.
• Handle HCP targeting across multiple specialties and geographic regions.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and project-specific quality requirements.
• Monitor fieldwork performance, sample delivery, conversions, and respondent quality.
• Support awareness and escalation of adverse event (AE) reporting requirements.
• Follow pharmaceutical market research (PMR) processes and documentation standards.
• Resolve project-related issues involving survey links, redirects, respondent validation, and targeting challenges.
• Deliver project reports, status updates, and documentation within timelines.
• Maintain respondent confidentiality and data quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria
