Job Responsibilities

As a Global Regulatory Strategy Specialist at Solenis, you will support regulatory strategy and provide actionable regulatory intelligence to business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitor and assess emerging global regulatory developments affecting products, technologies, and markets.
  • Develop regulatory trend analyses and strategic impact assessments.
  • Contribute to quarterly regulatory outlook reports and regulatory intelligence publications.
  • Identify regulatory risks, opportunities, and long-term business implications.
  • Maintain regulatory intelligence processes, tools, and knowledge-sharing mechanisms.
  • Represent Solenis in trade associations, industry working groups, committees, and stakeholder forums.
  • Build and manage relationships with external regulatory and industry organizations.
  • Partner with Innovation, R&D, and Product Stewardship teams on innovation projects and new product development.
  • Support global regulatory policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
  • Provide regulatory and stewardship support for corporate sustainability initiatives.
  • Translate complex regulatory developments into practical business guidance.
  • Prepare executive briefings, white papers, presentations, and strategic summaries.
  • Support internal regulatory knowledge platforms, dashboards, and communication channels.
