Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated and motivated B.Com graduates from the 2024 batch to join our team as Facility Management Executives. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers eager to develop their skills in facility operations, maintenance, and management within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Facility Management Executive, you will:

• Assist in daily facility operations and maintenance tasks.
• Support the management of vendor relationships and service contracts.
• Help coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Participate in space planning and resource allocation.
• Assist in managing facility budgets and implementing cost control measures.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure optimal conditions.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized university (2024 passout).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
