Responsibilities in Job
As a Market Research (Quality Analyst) at GRG Health, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our research outputs. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Quality Analysis: Utilize your knowledge in biotechnology, biomedical sciences, and pharmaceuticals to conduct thorough quality analyses of research content.
- Recommend & Implement: Identify areas for improvement and recommend preventative and corrective actions to uphold the highest quality standards.
- Content Accuracy: Ensure all content meets stringent standards for structure, sentence flow, and grammar, resulting in polished and professional reports.
- Communication Skills: Leverage your excellent written and spoken communication skills to engage effectively with team members and clients.
- Microsoft Office: Use Microsoft Office tools for various tasks, showcasing your proficiency in creating reports and presentations.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who meet the following educational requirements:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or any Life Sciences stream.
Skills
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following skills:
- Intermediate knowledge in Biotechnology, Biomedical, or Pharmaceutical fields.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- While prior knowledge of healthcare market research is a plus, it is not mandatory.
