Role Overview
As a Regulatory Compliance New Associate, you will be responsible for assisting clients in transforming their compliance functions from reactive to proactive. You will leverage intelligent technologies, data, and talent to help clients manage KYC and customer due diligence processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Identification & Due Diligence: Drive processes such as Customer Identification, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Enhanced Due Diligence (ECDD/OCDD) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Compliance Verification: Verify customer identity and suitability and assess risks involved with onboarding and maintaining customer relationships.
- Regulatory Compliance: Support governance, operating models, and system controls to ensure adherence to business and regulatory requirements.
- Problem Solving: Solve routine problems through precedents and general guidelines. Follow instructions and contribute to the team within a defined scope of work.
- Team Interaction: Collaborate mainly with your team and direct supervisor to achieve compliance goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Any Graduation.
- Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience, ideally in KYC, customer onboarding, or regulatory compliance.
