Responsibilities in Job

1. R&D and ADL Roles (0-5 years experience):
   • Conduct research and development of pharmaceutical formulations.
   • Perform analytical development tasks to improve product quality.
   • Assist in the optimization of processes for drug development.
   • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards during development processes.
2. Production Roles (0-10 years experience):
   • Operate and maintain production machinery in line with safety and quality standards.
   • Coordinate with the production team to meet production targets.
   • Ensure adherence to manufacturing guidelines and procedures.
   • Maintain proper documentation related to production and quality control.

Qualifications

• For R&D and ADL Roles: A B.Sc. or M.Sc. in relevant fields such as Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Pharmaceutical Sciences is required. Candidates with 0-5 years of experience in R&D and ADL are encouraged to apply.
• For Production Roles: A B.Sc. degree in Industrial Operations or any related field is required. Candidates with 0-10 years of experience in production roles in the pharmaceutical industry are preferred.
