Roles & Responsibilities

Primary Packing & Secondary Packing

• Perform liquid syrup, paste, and ointment manufacturing activities.
• Operate liquid syrup filling and CVC bottle filling equipment.
• Handle primary bottle packing and blister packing machines.
• Perform equipment cleaning, changeover, and alarm handling.
• Work according to USFDA and EUGMP manufacturing standards.
• Operate liquid filling and packing equipment safely.
• Support top spray and roll compaction processes where required.
• Maintain documentation and GMP compliance.

Granulation & Compression

• Independently operate granulation and compression equipment.
• Perform compression activities following SOPs.
• Handle liquid and paste manufacturing equipment.
• Work on top spray and roll compaction processes.
• Carry out equipment cleaning and machine changeover.
• Follow GMP, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain production records and operational documentation.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess any one of the following qualifications:

• D.Pharma
• Diploma
• ITI

Experience Required: 2–6 Years in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
