Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the assigned sales territory independently.

• Drive prescription generation and business growth within the Gastro, GP and CP segments.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives.

• Execute brand-building and promotional activities effectively.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

• Submit regular reports and market feedback to management.

• Ensure consistent implementation of company strategies within the territory.

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc

• B.Pharm

• M.Pharm

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have 2–6 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.

• Experience working in the same headquarters (Meerut) is mandatory.

• Exposure to Gastro, GP or CP therapy segments is preferred.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets consistently.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Territory management expertise.

• Strong customer relationship management abilities.

• Sales planning and execution capabilities.

Salary and Benefits

Expected Salary: ₹4.5 LPA – ₹8 LPA (depending on experience, performance history and company evaluation).
