The role focuses on scrutinizing post-policy disclosures and maintaining compliance with document records.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the CMO and Chief Underwriting Officer for underwriting decisions.
- Scrutinize post-policy disclosures and non-disclosures to make informed underwriting decisions.
- Oversee the maintenance and record-keeping of documents in compliance with requirements.
- Monitor team performance by regularly following up on cases and publishing updates.
- Call customers to assess health and financial risks.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. Nursing, M.Pharma, or B.Pharm degree.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and experience in a voice process is required.
