Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate for the Safety Systems Analyst I role will be responsible for:
- Supporting maintenance activities for pharmacovigilance safety systems including ARGUS and PVQ
- Managing pharmacovigilance databases and reporting systems
- Handling routine and medium-complexity system change requests
- Updating reporting rules, product lists, codelists, dashboards, and reports
- Collaborating with IT teams and external vendors for system implementations
- Participating in system validation activities including IQ/OQ/PQ
- Reviewing user access, dictionaries, and safety data exchange agreements
- Ensuring compliance with pharmacovigilance change control procedures
- Maintaining SharePoint sites for system request tracking
- Supporting audits, inspections, and inspection readiness activities
- Ensuring pharmacovigilance data integrity and audit trail compliance
- Escalating compliance or workload concerns to management when necessary
Required Qualifications
Candidates applying for this pharmacovigilance systems analyst job should possess:
