Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Processing adverse event reports from multiple sources
- Performing full data entry of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs)
- Reviewing seriousness, expectedness, and causality assessments
- Writing medical narratives for pharmacovigilance cases
- Coding adverse events and medical terms using MedDRA
- Ensuring accurate case processing within the PV safety database
- Following up with reporters and affiliates for additional case information
- Supporting quality checks and aggregate report preparation

Required Qualifications
