Roles & Responsibilities
Analytical & Research Work
- Perform method development, validation, and analytical testing for biologics
- Handle large molecules such as peptides, oligonucleotides, and monoclonal antibodies (mAbs)
- Conduct aggregation and characterization studies using advanced techniques
Instrumentation & Techniques
- Work on HPLC, UPLC, Ion Chromatography, and Mass Spectrometry
- Utilize techniques like CD, IR, DSC, FTIR, SEC-MALS, and Capillary Electrophoresis
- Perform glycan profiling, peptide mapping, and PTM analysis
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to GLP, cGMP, ICH, FDA, and EMA guidelines
- Maintain proper documentation, data analysis, and reporting
- Support audits, deviations, and quality management systems
Required Qualifications
- Education: M.Pharm / M.Sc (Biotechnology / Chemistry or relevant field)
- Experience:
- 1–4 years (HPLC/UPLC & Mass Spectrometry roles)
- 2–3 years (Ion Chromatography role)
Key Skills
- Experience in chromatography and spectroscopy techniques
- Knowledge of biologics and biosimilarity studies
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance (GLP/cGMP)
- Hands-on lab experience with analytical instruments
