Roles & Responsibilities

Analytical & Research Work

• Perform method development, validation, and analytical testing for biologics
• Handle large molecules such as peptides, oligonucleotides, and monoclonal antibodies (mAbs)
• Conduct aggregation and characterization studies using advanced techniques

Instrumentation & Techniques

• Work on HPLC, UPLC, Ion Chromatography, and Mass Spectrometry
• Utilize techniques like CD, IR, DSC, FTIR, SEC-MALS, and Capillary Electrophoresis
• Perform glycan profiling, peptide mapping, and PTM analysis

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure adherence to GLP, cGMP, ICH, FDA, and EMA guidelines
• Maintain proper documentation, data analysis, and reporting
• Support audits, deviations, and quality management systems

Required Qualifications

• Education: M.Pharm / M.Sc (Biotechnology / Chemistry or relevant field)
• Experience:
  • 1–4 years (HPLC/UPLC & Mass Spectrometry roles)
  • 2–3 years (Ion Chromatography role)

Key Skills

• Experience in chromatography and spectroscopy techniques
• Knowledge of biologics and biosimilarity studies
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance (GLP/cGMP)
• Hands-on lab experience with analytical instruments
