Key Responsibilities

The selected Coordinator – Patient Care Service will be responsible for:

• Coordinating daily operations of the Outpatient Department (OPD).
• Managing patient registration and appointment scheduling.
• Ensuring smooth consultation flow between patients and clinicians.
• Coordinating patient movement across hospital departments.
• Addressing patient concerns and resolving complaints professionally.
• Supporting clinical and administrative teams.
• Supervising front office and OPD support staff.
• Maintaining high standards of patient satisfaction and healthcare service quality.
• Ensuring efficient communication between departments.
• Assisting in improving overall patient care operations.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, MBA, or Master of Hospital Administration (MHA).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism.

Experience Required

Candidates should have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hospital Coordinator or Patient Care Coordinator.
