Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Trial Associate (CTA) to support our clinical research operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing clinical trials, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines, and maintaining trial documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Assist in coordinating clinical trials from initiation to completion.
✔ Maintain and update trial documents (protocols, informed consent forms, investigator brochures).
✔ Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and company SOPs.
✔ Support regulatory submissions to ethics committees and authorities.
✔ Track investigational products and trial supplies.
✔ Facilitate site selection, activation, and monitoring activities.
✔ Communicate with investigators, vendors, and internal teams.
✔ Organize clinical trial meetings and document minutes.
✔ Manage trial master files (TMF) for audits and inspections.
Qualifications & Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
✅ 1-3 years of experience in clinical research (CTA or similar role preferred).
✅ Knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA, and clinical research regulations.
✅ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office & G Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
🔹 Experience in pharma, biotech, or CRO settings.
🔹 ACRP/SOCRA certification (advantageous).
