Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision & Leadership:
- Oversee junior Data Management staff, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Act as a line supervisor, providing guidance and support for project execution.
- Data Management Operations:
- Develop and maintainΒ Data Management Plans (DMP),Β eCRF design, andΒ data validation checks.
- EnsureΒ data consistency, accuracy, and completenessΒ across clinical trials.
- PerformΒ data reconciliationΒ (SAE/AE, lab data, IRT) and resolve discrepancies.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for seamless data transfers.
- Ensure compliance withΒ ICH-GCP, CDISC standards, and company SOPs.
- Quality & Compliance:
- MonitorΒ key performance metricsΒ and report to DM management.
- SupportΒ database lock activities, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Training & Development:
- Conduct in-house and external training sessions onΒ clinical data management best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelorβs/Masterβs degree inΒ Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
- 5+ yearsΒ of experience inΒ Clinical Data Management (CDM)Β within pharma/CRO.
- Proficiency inΒ EDC systems, CDISC standards, and MedDRA/WHODrug coding.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
