In this position, candidates will interact with clients and internal teams at ClearView to address important strategic questions within the biopharmaceutical space. The work may involve supporting targeted activities or entire workstreams across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct complex problem-solving through a hypothesis-based approach.
- Complete primary and secondary research to generate critical insights.
- Create and use analytic tools, including forecast models, to support key decision-making.
- Communicate recommendations to clients to inform strategy and maximize value.
- Work across multiple projects, supporting targeted activities or full workstreams as required.
Qualification
- Undergraduate or master’s degree in life sciences or equivalent.
- Minimum 12 months of experience in life sciences consulting.
- Demonstrated experience in consulting and the life sciences industry through internships, research and workstream management.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly analytical and structured approach to solving complex problems.
Work Mode
The role follows a hybrid work model. New hires will be in office 100% during onboarding and training, after which the schedule adjusts to a 50% in-office expectation.
