Key Responsibilities
As a STEM Content Analyst, you will:
- Research and evaluate drug coverage, reimbursement, and formulary information.
- Enter and maintain accurate formulary data within internal databases.
- Conduct secondary healthcare market research and competitive intelligence.
- Analyze payer, PBM, reimbursement, and formulary trends.
- Validate and maintain supporting documentation for formulary content.
- Collaborate with FingerTip Formulary and Restrictions teams.
- Support AI-powered research initiatives and workflow automation projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy while maintaining high quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should possess:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in:
