Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager I at Clario, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout of eCOA clinical studies.
  • Managing cross-functional project teams and study activities.
  • Gathering customer requirements and translating them into actionable project plans.
  • Developing and maintaining study documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinating study devices, equipment distribution, tracking, reconciliation, and management.
  • Preparing and distributing study status reports, project metrics, and communications.
  • Monitoring project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Managing customer expectations through proactive stakeholder communication.
  • Supporting the archival of study data, documentation, and project records.
  • Managing project budgets, forecasting, invoicing, and scope changes.
  • Identifying project risks and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Escalating critical project issues when required.
  • Coordinating sponsors, vendors, and internal operational teams.
  • Facilitating internal and external meetings to resolve project challenges.
  • Maintaining issue-tracking documentation and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Supporting investigator meetings, site initiation meetings, and client presentations.
  • Mentoring and supporting new project management team members.
  • Contributing to process improvement initiatives and departmental projects.

Qualifications and Eligibility

Candidates applying for the Clario Project Manager I vacancy should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 1 to 4 years of project management experience.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, clinical research, life sciences, or related industries.
  • Understanding of the drug development process and clinical trial environment.
  • Strong project planning, organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, deliverables, and project activities.
  • Knowledge of project financial management, including:

  • Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder and customer relationship management skills.
