Designation: Assistant Manager
Position Title: Therapy Manager

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets by effectively marketing brands as per the annual plan.
• Monitor business details to plan and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain basic working standards for daily operations.
• Develop and enhance in-clinic effectiveness to drive better results and increase prescriptions.
• Manage customer relationships to ensure continued engagement with key customers.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: B.Pharma or B.Sc in any specialization.
• Experience: 1 – 6 years in pharmaceutical sales.
• Preference will be given to science graduates.
• Relevant experience of at least 6 months in pharmaceutical sales.
• Preferred age: Less than 29 years.
• Must have worked for less than 3 companies.
• Good communication skills.
