Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Research Associate with expertise in mammalian and primary cell culture to join our Cell Culture Operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cell line maintenance, cryopreservation, and aseptic techniques, along with strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Independently perform cell culture-based experiments and collaborate with team members.
✔ Maintain primary and mammalian cell lines, ensuring optimal growth conditions.
✔ Execute cell revival, cryopreservation, and cell banking as per regulatory guidelines.
✔ Prepare media, buffers, and reagents required for cell culture operations.
✔ Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
✔ Assist in SOP development, protocol optimization, and data analysis.
✔ Coordinate with vendors for raw material procurement and inventory management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✅ M.Sc/M.Tech/Ph.D in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or Zoology.
✅ 1-2 years of industrial experience (Cell & Gene Therapy background preferred).
✅ Hands-on experience in aseptic techniques, cell culture, and cryopreservation.
✅ Strong data analysis skills (Proficiency in MS Office, GraphPad).
✅ Knowledge of regulatory compliance in cell banking.
