The Executive Quality Control job at BVG Life Science focuses on ensuring product quality through systematic laboratory testing, analytical monitoring and documentation.

The Quality Control Executive will perform chemical and physical analysis according to approved SOPs and applicable pharmacopoeial requirements. The position also involves laboratory instrument calibration, analytical documentation, audit support, method validation and compliance with cGMP, GLP, ISO and other applicable quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform chemical and physical testing of raw materials, in-process samples and finished products according to approved SOPs and applicable standards.
  • Conduct timely sampling and testing to support manufacturing and product-release schedules.
  • Prepare and review test reports, analytical data and laboratory documentation according to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Operate, calibrate and support routine maintenance of analytical instruments including HPLC, GC, FTIR and UV-Visible spectrophotometers.
  • Maintain laboratory conditions and activities in accordance with cGMP, GLP, ISO and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Support internal audits, regulatory inspections and third-party audits.
  • Participate in analytical method validation and stability studies.
  • Assist with project-specific analytical testing and laboratory activities.
  • Train and mentor junior QC personnel when required.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Control department.

Qualification and Eligibility
