๐งญ Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Research Associate at BMS, your role will involve:
- Conducting site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits according to ICH-GCP and company SOPs.
- Ensuring data integrity and protocol compliance at clinical sites.
- Supporting investigators and site staff with training, risk mitigation, and regulatory adherence.
- Maintaining effective communication with cross-functional teams, vendors, and site personnel.
- Monitoring and reconciling study drug/IMP and ensuring accurate documentation in CTMS, eTMF, and EDC systems.
- Contributing to audit readiness and supporting regulatory compliance activities.
- Leveraging centralized and risk-based monitoring tools (e.g., Veeva, Medidata, CluePoints).
๐ Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Life Sciences or related discipline (required).
- 2โ3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate or in related clinical research roles.
- Prior experience in Pharma/Biotech Sponsor or as a Clinical Study Coordinator preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, local regulations, and clinical trial processes.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, eTMF, and Electronic Data Capture systems.
