๐Ÿงญ Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Research Associate at BMS, your role will involve:

  • Conducting site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits according to ICH-GCP and company SOPs.
  • Ensuring data integrity and protocol compliance at clinical sites.
  • Supporting investigators and site staff with training, risk mitigation, and regulatory adherence.
  • Maintaining effective communication with cross-functional teams, vendors, and site personnel.
  • Monitoring and reconciling study drug/IMP and ensuring accurate documentation in CTMS, eTMF, and EDC systems.
  • Contributing to audit readiness and supporting regulatory compliance activities.
  • Leveraging centralized and risk-based monitoring tools (e.g., Veeva, Medidata, CluePoints).

๐ŸŽ“ Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Life Sciences or related discipline (required).
  • 2โ€“3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate or in related clinical research roles.
  • Prior experience in Pharma/Biotech Sponsor or as a Clinical Study Coordinator preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, local regulations, and clinical trial processes.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, eTMF, and Electronic Data Capture systems.
