Key Responsibilities โ BMS Analyst Role
Analytics Delivery & AI Enablement
- Support development of analytical and AI/ML solutions
- Translate business questions into data-driven insights
- Perform data analysis, modelling, and reporting
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance
Stakeholder & Business Collaboration
- Work with global commercial, marketing, and analytics teams
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, and insights reports
- Communicate findings with clarity and business context
Omnichannel & Marketing Analytics
- Analyze field force, email, web, and digital campaign data
- Track engagement, reach, and performance metrics
- Support A/B testing and test-and-learn initiatives
Technical Execution & Data Handling
- Build datasets, dashboards, and reports
- Perform data validation and documentation
- Collaborate with data engineering teams
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelorโs degree (BA/BS) required
- Preferred: Life Sciences, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering
Experience
- 1โ3 years in:
- Data analytics
- Decision science
- Commercial/marketing analytics
- Healthcare/pharma analytics (preferred)
Required Skills (Preferred)
- Python / R for data analysis
- Basic machine learning & statistical concepts
- Data visualization tools:

- Power BI
