Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and execution of experiments under the guidance of senior researchers.
- Conduct literature reviews and contribute to the drafting of research proposals and reports.
- Perform data analysis and interpretation, and present findings in team meetings.
- Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing research projects.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance technical and professional skills.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
- Strong academic record with a keen interest in biopharmaceutical research.
- Basic understanding of laboratory techniques and protocols.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, GraphPad Prism).
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior laboratory experience through coursework or previous internships.
- Familiarity with biopharmaceutical development processes.
- Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory requirements.
