Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor granulation (wet & dry), compression, capsule filling, and coating machines
- Prepare and review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) as per cGMP
- Perform in-process checks and troubleshoot production issues
- Ensure smooth blending, mixing, and documentation compliance
- Maintain equipment and cleanroom standards in OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) facility
Qualifications & Experience Required
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) OR B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical production
- Sound practical knowledge of: → BMR preparation & review → Wet & dry granulation → Compression machines (Fette, Sejong, Cadmach, etc.) → Capsule filling machines (PamPac, ACG, etc.) → Coating process (Neocoater, Glatt, etc.) → Blending & mixing operations
