Job Description: Technical Assistant (Production and Packing)
This role offers a dynamic and challenging opportunity for individuals with a passion for pharmaceutical manufacturing. As a Technical Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production and packing processes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting production operations: Contributing to the daily tasks within the assigned area of Production or Packing.
- Maintaining quality standards: Adhering to strict quality control procedures and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.
- Following safety regulations: Prioritizing safety and adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Working collaboratively: Effectively collaborating with team members and other departments to achieve shared goals.
- Problem-solving: Identifying and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
Specific Areas of Focus (depending on department):
- Production: Compression, Granulation, Capsule Filling
- Packing: OSD Packing, Cartonator
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: B.Sc, ITI, or Diploma
- Experience: 2–6 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Experience in one or more of the specified areas (Compression, Granulation, Capsule Filling, OSD Packing, Cartonator) is highly desirable.
