Key Responsibilities
The selected Associate Analyst (PRI) will be responsible for:
- Collecting essential study information from sponsors.
- Preparing Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs).
- Creating feasibility questionnaires.
- Coordinating communication among Sponsors, CROs, and investigator sites.
- Managing collection and review of essential regulatory documents.
- Maintaining study trackers, logs, and documentation.
- Supporting site selection and site start-up activities.
- Coordinating Site Selection Visits (SSVs).
- Monitoring progress of study start-up milestones.
- Tracking eCRF timelines and project deliverables.
- Supporting Investigator Site File (ISF) and Trial Master File (TMF) management.
- Monitoring patient recruitment and study performance metrics.
- Coordinating investigator payments and patient reimbursements.
- Supporting monitoring visits, sponsor visits, audits, and QA activities.
- Reviewing site processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Preparing reports and management information dashboards.
- Identifying potential new clinical trial sites across assigned geographies.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should ideally possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Nursing, Medical Sciences, or related disciplines.
- Knowledge of Clinical Research processes.
- Understanding of Site Start-Up activities.
- Familiarity with Trial Master File (TMF) documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
