Key Responsibilities
As an Associate / Analyst โ Data Steward, you will:
- Manage Healthcare Professional (HCP) and Healthcare Organization (HCO) master data.
- Process and resolve data change requests while maintaining data integrity.
- Perform duplicate detection, matching, and merging activities.
- Onboard third-party healthcare datasets.
- Maintain and prioritize operational data queues.
- Execute data cleansing, enrichment, and validation activities.
- Improve data quality, completeness, and consistency.
- Collaborate with commercial and business stakeholders.
- Maintain SOPs and work instructions.
- Coordinate with external data providers for quality assurance.
- Perform bulk data uploads and validation.
- Maintain product and customer master data.
- Partner with IT teams to resolve data issues.
- Investigate data discrepancies and reconcile records.
- Generate data quality reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Mentor junior team members and support process improvements.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related disciplines.
- Experience in Pharma or FMCG Data Management Operations.
- Strong understanding of Data Quality Management principles.
- Experience in data processing and analysis.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Experience in process improvement initiatives.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Salary
Based on current market standards for similar pharmaceutical data management roles in India:
Expected Salary: โน6,50,000 โ โน10,50,000 per annum (CTC)
