Roles & Responsibilities

Packing Visual Inspection

• Perform visual inspection of injectable vials for particles, cracks, chips and cosmetic defects.
• Ensure 100% line clearance and maintain area hygiene as per cGMP.
• Complete documentation for line clearance, batch records and related documents.
• Follow SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail during inspection activities.

Production Filling Operators / Officers

• Operate aseptic filling machines (vial line setup, adjustments and change parts).
• Execute aseptic processes according to SOPs.
• Perform vial washing, depyrogenation and sterilization activities.
• Complete in-process checks and documentation.
• Follow cGMP, data integrity and safety compliance requirements.
