Roles & Responsibilities

Production – Vial Filling Operators

• Operate aseptic vial filling machines.
• Perform machine setup before production.
• Execute line clearance activities.
• Carry out in-process checks.
• Clean equipment as per SOP.
• Maintain cGMP and GDP documentation.
• Support sterile injectable manufacturing activities.

Quality Assurance – IPQA

• Conduct in-process quality assurance activities.
• Perform line clearance.
• Review batch manufacturing records.
• Verify IPC and environmental monitoring records.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and SOPs.
• Handle deviations and CAPA documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, QC and Engineering teams.

QA Validations

• Execute media fill activities.
• Perform equipment qualification (DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ).
• Conduct process validation.
• Carry out cleaning validation and hold-time studies.
• Validate HVAC, purified water and steam systems.
• Review validation protocols and reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and data integrity.

QA Batch Release

• Review and approve Batch Manufacturing Records.
• Verify Certificates of Analysis and analytical results.
• Ensure GMP compliance before product release.
• Coordinate with Production, QC, IPQA and Warehouse teams.
• Handle batch disposition activities through QMS.

Quality Management System (QMS)

• Manage SOPs and document control.
• Handle change control activities.
• Manage deviations and CAPA.
• Support regulatory audits.
• Maintain employee training records.
• Ensure data integrity and continuous quality improvement.

Audit & Compliance

• Conduct internal GMP audits.
• Support USFDA, WHO and other regulatory inspections.
• Track and close audit observations.
• Participate in supplier audits.
• Prepare audit reports and management review documents.

Salary

Aspiro Pharma has not officially disclosed the salary package. Based on similar sterile injectable manufacturing roles in the pharmaceutical industry, the expected salary may range between ₹5.5 LPA and ₹10 LPA, depending on qualification, role, and relevant experience.
