Roles and Responsibilities

Production

• Handling formulation processes such as compression, coating, and capsule filling
• Monitoring manufacturing operations and ensuring quality standards
• Maintaining batch records and documentation

Engineering

• Managing electrical and instrumentation systems
• Supporting maintenance and troubleshooting activities
• Ensuring smooth functioning of plant equipment

Packing

• Handling blister packaging operations
• Ensuring product packaging meets quality standards
• Maintaining packing line efficiency

Quality Control (QC)

• Performing analytical testing using HPLC and GC
• Ensuring compliance with GLP guidelines
• Documentation and reporting of test results

Required Qualifications

• Production & Packing: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm
• Engineering: Diploma or B.Tech (Mechanical, ECE, EEE)
• Quality Control: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Sc

Experience Required

• Production: 1–6 years
• Engineering: 2–5 years
• Packing: 1–5 years
• QC: 1–2 years
